Official language is English-ENG known as Virgin Islands Creole polish through years of turbulent history of the islands.  Also, spoken languages by the census 2000. there is Spanish (influenced from Spanish Virgin Islands), French (St.Croix) and various French creole languages are also widely spoken.

    The Virgin Islands were originally inhabited by the CiboneyCarib, and Arawaks. The United States Virgin Islands (USVI) is a complex society with multiple diverse ethnic groups: Black Virgin Islanders, Eastern Caribbean islanders, Puerto Ricans, Spanish Dominicans, French Islanders, Americans (Continentals), Arabs and Asians. USVI formerly known as Danish West Indies left fundemental cultural influence on the islands.
